The Role
As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring that their experience is consistently excellent. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions to our customers' problems. Key Responsibilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Knowledge of laundry or dry cleaning processes
- Experience working with CRM software or other customer service tools
