Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone, providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium.
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of our members, counseling them on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.
• Making recommendations and/or changes to policies and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes.

Work Schedule

As a work-from-home Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule with the following hours:
