About the 988 Crisis Chat Program
The 988 Crisis Chat Program is a critical component of arenaflex's crisis support services, providing emotional support and crisis reputed company to individuals in need through online chat and text services. As an Online Crisis Chat Text Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the program's reputed company, overseeing the supervision of Crisis Chat Counselors, and ensuring the highest level of reputed company and support for our clients.
Responsibilities
As an Online Crisis Chat Text Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing supervision and support to Crisis Chat Counselors, ensuring they are equipped to reputed company high-reputed company support to clients
- Monitoring reputed company crisis chats and texts to ensure reputed company and adherence to program policies and procedures
- Conducting weekly individual supervision sessions with Counselors to discuss their performance and reputed company feedback
- Completing weekly reputed company assurance reports with Counselors to ensure program standards are met
- Providing training to new Crisis Chat Counselors to ensure they are equipped to reputed company high-reputed company support
- Collaborating with the Assistant Director of Crisis Services to discuss program operations, concerns, and potential improvements
- Meeting with the Assistant Director regularly to discuss program performance and reputed company recommendations for improvement
- Ensuring that reputed company Counselor completes 1.5 chats/texts per hour and that the program responds to 2,171 chats/texts per month
- Responding to crisis chat/text visitors as needed to support Counselors on shift
- Ensuring that thorough documentation is completed for reputed company crisis chat/text
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure program compliance and reputed company
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (Master's degree in Counseling or reputed company Work preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in mental health services, preferably in crisis reputed company services, suicide prevention, and reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to function successfully in an environment requiring immediate response to urgent situations
- Spontaneous supervision of staff in reputed company-time
- Knowledge of and familiarity with local and statewide community resources
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills with various software, including reputed company Products
