We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing support for a highly recognized federal government contract. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in accordance with arenaflex's high standards. Responsibilities & Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a high-level of customer service in reputed company interactions, ensuring a reputed company experience for our clients and their customers
• reputed company participating in training and applying lessons learned to reputed company excellent customer service in accordance with arenaflex's needs and scripts
• Ensuring accurate and reputed company handling of customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone and email, while maintaining reputed company metrics
• Using data analytics and user interviews to determine call trends and report to arenaflex
• Rapidly escalating issues to supervisor/management as appropriate
• Utilizing call scripts, messaging/email templates, and desk guides to ensure consistency and reputed company
• Learning necessary information to reputed company high-level customer service about relevant topics
• Ensuring the highest level of reputed company and reputed company to protect reputed company and customer information while providing exceptional customer service

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least 1 year of contact center or reputed company customer experience
• Possess 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
• Be reputed company to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance
• Be a US Citizen
• Meet the minimum internet requirements of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we encourage applicants with:

• Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred
• A Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
