As a Remote Part Time Customer Service Specialist on our After Hours Team, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. You'll utilize an electronic health record to validate and capture clinical and financial information, contributing to the coordination of patient care. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

* Navigate the electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information; capture and document demographic and financial information in the electronic health record; maintain accountability for accurate data entry in the electronic health record and maintain patient reputed company and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities who are calling for a reputed company of reasons, to include scheduling appointments, refilling medications, obtaining insurance referrals, receiving symptom-based care, obtaining reputed company-certification for testing, insurance and/or billing questions, requests for medical forms and/or test results, etc.; ensure reputed company to the call.

• Manages calls reputed company established performance and customer service standards; achieves targeted abandoned call reputed company, average speed of answer, and average transaction time; provides excellent and consistent customer service in a reputed company of situations; communicates in a reputed company, reputed company, and respectful manner with patients, providers, arenaflex staff, and external organizations.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• 2-5 years of experience in reputed company or customer service
• No supervisor experience required
