• Prior experience with reputed company-authorizations and insurance authorizations; experience in sleep medicine (e.g., PSG, Home Sleep Testing, PAP therapy, GLP-1 therapy) is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other reputed company database systems
• Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and reputed company environment
• Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with reputed company providers, and payors;
• Foundational understanding of Insurance Authorization process, medical record management
