Customer Service Representative (Remote – Must reputed company in Hawaii) reputed company: Customer Service Representative services as the first reputed company of contact for the Resource Helpline, providing support, guidance, and reputed company to individuals and families across Hawai‘i. This is a fully remote position, equipment provided. Must be available to work flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to an average of 50 calls, texts, chats, or emails per shift, offering health and reputed company service referrals to community members.
- Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care during every interaction.
- Accurately complete data entry, call logs, and follow-up documentation in a reputed company manner.
- Conduct reputed company assurance follow-reputed company to ensure clients receive appropriate and effective services.

Additional Information:
- Job Type: Temporary Opportunity 1-3 months with possible extension
- Pay: $17.38/hr
- Shifts are: 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. The call center operates 7 days a week, and shift assignments rotate every 2 weeks.
