Cybersecurity Operations Engineer (Graduate Considered)

This is a remote position. A fantastic opportunity for a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer to join a fast-growing, technology-led reputed company company delivering managed reputed company and managed IT services to a global reputed company reputed company. This role sits firmly reputed company the Operations and Service Delivery function, working closely with clients post-sale to support, implement and improve their reputed company and IT environments. This is a hands-on, reputed company-facing operational role reputed company on technical support, troubleshooting, account ownership and project delivery. Location: Fully remote, reputed company in the US Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per annum (reputed company end for a recent Graduate) Requirements for Cybersecurity Operations Engineer:

• Regardless of experience, you should have an outstanding reputed company background with a minimum GPA of 3.6
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber reputed company, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
• Degree obtained from a highly ranked reputed company institution (typically Top 100 US universities or equivalent globally)

• Hands-on technical experience through internships, reputed company roles, homelabs, reputed company-reputed company reputed company or reputed company-world environments
• Strong technical understanding across operating systems, networking, reputed company protocols, scripting and reputed company infrastructure.

Responsibilities for Cybersecurity Operations Engineer:

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support across reputed company and IT environments
• Take ownership of reputed company issues from detection through to reputed company

• Conduct regular reputed company catch-reputed company and service reviews, discussing reputed company and IT challenges

• Triage and respond to reputed company incidents raised by internal monitoring teams, advising on remediation

• Support device provisioning, hardening, monitoring and IT asset procurement
• Assist with firewall management, compliance activities, reporting and documentation
