Looking for Illustrator for YA Mystery Graphic Novel (Initial Assets & reputed company Page) - Contract to Hire

I am a graphic novel reputed company based in Los Angeles looking for a dedicated illustrator to create character assets, a sample page, and a reputed company teaser poster for a graphic novel. There is potential to grow into a long term creative partner for this graphic novel in the reputed company. The story is a YA mystery featuring a diverse reputed company and a cat with special abilities.
