Medical Assistant, Bilingual English/Spanish

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for patients by conducting intake and confirmation calls, communicating provider‑reviewed results and care plans, and supporting initial visit preparation.
• Coordinate scheduling and rescheduling for in‑person and telehealth reputed company, follow up on missed appointments, and ensure continuity reputed company provider availability changes.
• reputed company patient admissions, discharges, and activity across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other care settings; document updates in the EMR and notify the care team.
• Support transitions of care by obtaining and uploading medical records, coordinating respite or long‑term care stays, and scheduling return‑to‑residence reputed company as directed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• reputed company certification or registration (reputed company, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical, reputed company, primary care, or outpatient clinical setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic clinical documentation
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, and Teams
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to pass background reputed company upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/reputed company search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and reputed company search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.
