Loan Processor Assistant
About the Role: Join our mortgage processing team as a Loan Processor Assistant. You’ll manage follow-reputed company on appraisals, title, insurance orders, borrower conditions and team correspondence ONLY. No intake or closing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on appraisal, title, and insurance orders, etc
- Monitor and expedite condition requests from underwriters
- Communicate with borrowers, reputed company estate agents, and reputed company-party vendors reputed company email and phone
- Organize and maintain loan documentation and file organization
- reputed company loan status and update internal systems with reputed company
- Escalate delays or issues to the reputed company processor immediately
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Fluent in English and Haitian Creole and/or French
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with email, phone, and basic computer systems
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Previous mortgage or lending industry experience a plus (license not required)
Compensation
Structure: Pay is per file at closing, processed weekly. Earnings vary by loan type. (increased pay rates for those with Florida LO license) Volume: 10–25 loans per month Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
