We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Freelance Weight & Strength Training Instructor to conduct effective virtual strength-based workout sessions. • Conduct live online strength and conditioning sessions for individuals or small reputed company.
• Demonstrate exercises with correct posture, reputed company, and breathing techniques.
• Create balanced workout sessions focusing on:

• Mobility & flexibility
• Functional strength

Requirements

Educational & reputed company Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Degree/diploma in Physical Education or Sports Science is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in strength or resistance training instruction (online or offline).
