Part Time Contract Recruiter (Early Childhood Education)

Position reputed company: We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our five reputed company Schools locations. This role will reputed company primarily on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and reputed company in reputed company reputed company education or similar fields. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with school leadership to understand reputed company needs and hiring priorities
• reputed company reputed company ECE teacher candidates using job boards, reputed company media, networking, and reputed company strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and school directors
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• reputed company regular updates on reputed company reputed company and challenges

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in reputed company, preferably in education, childcare, or reputed company fields
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and reputed company tools
• Self-starter who can work independently in a flexible, part-time reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reputed company for Early Childhood Education (ECE) roles
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements for childcare staff
