As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers with their student loan queries, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging issues that may reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their student loan queries

• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing

Schedule

Our Customer Contact Center operates on the following schedule:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system
