We are seeking an reputed company Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time to join reputed company on a temporary reputed company. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company members, answering their inquiries, and resolving their problems in a reputed company and accurate manner. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Schedule and Duration
The schedule for this role is as follows:
- 20 hours total, with two 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays:
+ Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST + Shift 2: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST
- Additional 4-hour shift scheduled for coverage during peak business hours

Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time, you will be responsible for:
- Answering and tracking telephone calls reputed company established department standards

- Fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
- Answering "entry level" claims inquiries
- Taking "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
- Understanding and processing "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
- Entering prospective members into our software database
- Maintaining appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacting professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
- Working effectively as reputed company contributor on reputed company assignments
- Working independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
