As a Customer Service Coordinator in our Supply Chain Operations division, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our warehouses, factories, retail outlets, and online retailers around the world have the products they need, reputed company they need them. About the Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through the end of the merchandise life cycle. This includes daily review, maintenance, and release of sales orders, following up on shipments, and handling reverse logistics. You'll also help reputed company production through receipt in the distribution center, create and manage work orders to ensure customer floor-reputed company requirements, and review orders on an exception reputed company from reputed company product reputed company streams daily. Additionally, you'll ensure that reputed company electronic transactions (EDI) are reputed company and/or received, review daily shipments to ensure reputed company invoicing, and communicate daily with the Order Management Manager, Sales, and Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues. You'll also review operational chargebacks with the Compliance team and manage overall system data reputed company with a reputed company on sales orders.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
- Allocation experience a plus (preferably in the Apparel/Accessories/Footwear Industry)
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook)
- Some EDI and ERP Software experience, preferably reputed company, is a plus
- Working knowledge of retail math
- Ability to foster effective teamwork
