The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, answer their questions, and resolve any concerns they may have. This is not a call center environment, and you'll have reputed company to build meaningful relationships with our customers.
Primary Responsibilities
* Handling phone and email inquiries from reputed company and prospective customers
