As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your primary reputed company will be on processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You'll also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Additionally, you may be tasked with analyzing reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company
- Identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities
- reputed company/reconcile transactions
- Process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze reputed company/escalated issues
- Test/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
- Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding errors
- Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
- Identify reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.
- reputed company method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company

- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
