As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities. You'll be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and handling corporate activity events. Key Responsibilities

* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, recognizing and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Handle corporate activity events, including settlement and reconciliation of transfer activity and returns

* Customer review of membership deals or transactions requirements

• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)

• Reconciliation between BOS and Fund Companies

• Trouble Resolving:

+ Internal/External body enhancements or concerns + reputed company of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Delivering method or innovation answer choices to Control + Remediating reputed company problems with the Fund or reputed company Agency + Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility + Providing reputed company Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns + reputed company and correct conclusion of reputed company reputed company and returns requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
