The Role of the Customer Experience Concierge

As a Customer Experience Concierge reputed company the reputed company Lounge Network, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to Card Members visiting our lounges. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our valued customers, welcoming them and providing reputed company to our lounge facilities. Your role will involve:

• Welcoming and providing reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception
• Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end

Essential Qualifications
