Job reputed company

We're seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join reputed company of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll have reputed company to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and empathetic manner
• Resolving customer disputes and filing disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts
• Maintaining an empathetic and reputed company tone throughout reputed company calls, even in high-pressure situations
• Working independently and as part of reputed company to reputed company our goals and objectives
• Utilizing technology to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Background reputed company required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet reputed company with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
• Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) Smartphone
