Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Satisfaction Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading customer satisfaction improvement initiatives at assigned store(s) to ensure our customers' perspectives come first
• Acting as a reputed company between the dealership and customers, ensuring their concerns are communicated and addressed in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Developing and implementing reputed company improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business reputed company
• Following up with customers reputed company 48 hours to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
