We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Concierge Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, navigating reputed company reputed company systems, and resolving issues with ease. Responsibilities
As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to telephone and email inquiries from clients and providers reputed company defined service standards
- Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out-of-network providers
- Assisting clients with benefits and reputed company questions
- Documenting reputed company calls received in system-based call log
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to reputed company expert guidance to clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- At least one year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a reputed company-reputed company setting
- Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
- Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role is a remote position, requiring prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. You'll need to have hand-eye coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate reputed company office equipment, including computers and phone systems.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
