Responsibilities

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, reputed company deposits, and budget transfers
• Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• Assisting other departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company reputed company balancing
• Working member cases and sports assigned
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school degree or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Previous banking or credit reputed company experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
• Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of reputed company

• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
