As a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our Utilization Review Department, serving as the first reputed company of contact for our patients and reputed company providers. Your responsibilities will include gathering crucial intake information, establishing electronic patient files, and assisting with the organization and dissemination of certification correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries on the Utilization Review line, directing calls to the appropriate team members and retrieving voicemail messages for the nursing staff.

• Collect and document demographic information to create and maintain accurate patient files.
• Print, mail, fax, and copy correspondence as required.
