As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our rapidly-growing service solutions and providing an exceptional customer experience. You'll be working with a wide reputed company of reputed company "for-hire" transportation companies and private fleets, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve training and technical issues, providing account documentation, and assisting with account reputed company/escalations reputed company phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:
