As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. You'll reputed company customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Contact policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal

• Counsel the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team (Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
