As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caller information
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying call volumes and priorities
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to reputed company with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (reputed company at time ½)
