As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, initiating outbound calls to follow up with previous contacts, and resolving issues in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent documentation of reputed company calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries, as reputed company as maintaining adequate records/documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
Key Responsibilities
