As a Technical Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for observing and addressing customer inquiries, investigating and resolving issues, automating support needs, creating runbooks, improving and maintaining help tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve the design and delivery of our support services. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, and you'll be expected to suggest product and functional enhancements based on customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Observe and address customer inquiries, investigating and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner
- Automate support needs and create runbooks to improve efficiency and reduce response times
- Improve and maintain help tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and reputed company with customer needs

Essential Qualifications
