Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation
- Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to reputed company to 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify
- Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other reputed company as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Essential Qualifications

- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace

- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, reputed company week
- You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or reputed company-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
- You're unable to use problem-solving skills
- You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
- You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during reputed company vacation days or reputed company business hours

Hours of Operation
A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
