As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative Part-Time, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to reputed company member inquiries and resolving member problems and/or complaints in a reputed company and accurate manner. This role requires availability on weekends and adherence to the specified schedule and training period.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Answers and tracks telephone calls reputed company established department standards
- Tracks reputed company existing member calls reputed company the IKA database ensuring that documentation is concise and factual
- Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
- Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
- Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
- Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
- Enters prospective members into our software database
- Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
- Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers

- Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations

Education, Experience, and Required Skills

- Strong typing skills (40-60WPM)
