What You'll Be Doing

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company that brightens days and ignites careers. • Bring your expertise and strong product knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans

• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
