As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner

• Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
• Respond to reputed company inquiries in a public-service oriented manner, understanding the needs and working effectively with persons with disabilities
