We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work approximately 3-29 hours per week in a remote setting. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claim process. You will also be required to collect and document claim details, identify and resolve customer issues, and adhere to clients-specific handling instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Punctuality and Reliability: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support.
• Adheres to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

Required Skills and Abilities

* Language Skills: + Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred.

Network Requirements
