The Role
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Part-Time (Airport Operations), you'll play a vital role in assisting customers throughout the rental or return process on our airport lots. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with car rentals, returns, and other services
- Processing rentals for loyalty customers
- Checking reputed company and entering information into handheld devices
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid reputed company's license
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
