As a Customer Service Representative on our Disaster Relief Support team, you'll be responsible for providing critical assistance to survivors of natural disasters. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to take calls, answer questions, and reputed company support to those in need. This is a temporary position, but it's an opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
* Take calls and answer questions from survivors of natural disasters
* reputed company critical assistance and support to those in need
* reputed company data into our central database to reputed company and document inquiries
* Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
* Retrieve data as requested and maintain and update our database system as necessary
* Respond to incoming calls and reputed company occasional outbound calls regarding reputed company
* Utilize reputed company technology such as computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks
* Complete basic call-reputed company input in computer terminal to phone inquiries
* Respond to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies and refer callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate
* Meet reputed company Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics

* Maintain updated knowledge of the Contact Center performance requirements as reputed company as corporate and project policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required
* At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required
* Ability to pass a federal background reputed company
* Ability to reputed company with moderate computer usage including MS Office applications
* Ability to work nights and weekends, as reputed company as overtime and/or holidays as needed
* Experience with and/or ability to use call center telephony equipment
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

* Call center experience preferred, but not required
Home Office Requirements
