What You'll Do

As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates, and other account-reputed company reputed company
• Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes
• Entering required data into reputed company-provided systems and databases

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Ability to complete an on-demand digital interview as part of the application process
• Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule
• Ability to be on camera at reputed company times
• US-based role only

Preferred Qualifications

* 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months

• Banking customer service experience
