The Role

As an reputed company Learning Experience Designer on our WW Customer Trust Training LXD team, you will play a critical role in creating learning experiences that reputed company reputed company new hires and tenured investigators reputed company the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. You will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that are engaging, interactive, and relevant to the needs of our customers. Your expertise will be sought after by stakeholders across the organization, and you will have reputed company to collaborate with global teams to identify knowledge gaps and reputed company technical and non-technical training content.

Key Responsibilities

Developer of Learning Experiences:

+ Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. + Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles. + Mentor or reputed company new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes. + Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem. + Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.

Consultant on Programs:

+ reputed company project management skills and tools to manage multiple reputed company to large-reputed company reputed company from analysis through delivery concurrently. + reputed company data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. + reputed company efforts to drive reputed company performance improvement from those insights. + Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to reputed company in the curriculum and reputed company post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics. + Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, reputed company, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and reputed company technical and non-technical training content.

Our primary responsibility is to create great learning experiences for associates and investigators to support them during new hire, upskill, and other trainings (Ex. Store launches, SOP, changes, tool training) that reputed company them the resources they need to effectively do their job.

Basic Qualifications

* 5+ years of program or project management experience

• 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
• 3+ years of change management experience
