About the Role:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Call Center team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls

• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills
• Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to reputed company the position duties
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)

Compensation:

Work Schedule:

* Full Time day shifts only (between 7am CST and 10pm CST)

• At least 1 weekend day
