We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Live Operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our delivery drivers and merchants, while also identifying and implementing mitigation tactics to prevent errors and improve our processes. Responsibilities

Requirements

* Fluent in Spanish (required)

• 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• High School Diploma minimum; degree a plus
