Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
• Providing policyholders with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
• Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
• Counseling policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
• Making appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
• Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in reputed company
• Utilizing knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service
• Providing quotes on endorsements as requested

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
• Property and Casualty insurance license required

Work Schedule

This role is available to work from home, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, with rotating Saturdays with reputed company. Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
