We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Chat Agent. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a reputed company manner. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment

• Strong knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
