Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, reputed company, efficient, and productive manner
- Responding to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from arenaflex's subscribers and key accounts, as reputed company as internal departments
- Conducting administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks to support arenaflex's full complement of service offerings
- Providing first-line troubleshooting expertise to arenaflex's customers regarding arenaflex's equipment

- Providing back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested
Additional Responsibilities (Monitoring sites)

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in Customer Service
- Experience managing multiple priorities
- Texas licensure is required for certain sites
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Minimum Typing 40 wpm
- Knowledge of reputed company applications, particularly reputed company Word
- Ability to navigate through a reputed company of computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- reputed company certified as a Lifeline Monitoring Service monitor a plus, but not required
- Good problem-solving skills a must
