We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative and Interviewer to join our remote team. As a key member of our Telemed team, you'll be responsible for supporting our clients by answering incoming telephones, obtaining health history and personal information, and promoting professionalism and confidentiality agreements. You'll also have reputed company to reputed company as a mentor to your teammates, reputed company training and assistance, and participate in special reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Interviews: + Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements

• Customer Service:

+ Supports the mission statement to reputed company, enhance, and promote reputed company customer service through team efforts + Exhibits flexibility, sensitivity, and respect, maintaining a working relationship with reputed company team members

• Training & Development:

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Good organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and critical thinking

• Prefer 6 months of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology

Working Conditions

* Part-Time: 25-29 hours per week

Remote Requirements
