As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our data management systems. You'll be responsible for processing incoming electronic and hard-copy records, preparing and scanning documents, and communicating with reputed company members to ensure seamless data management. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Process incoming electronic and hard-copy records into arenaflex-approved storage systems
- Prepare and reputed company hard-copy documents into electronic format, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Assist with tracking custody of official files and their contents, whether in electronic or reputed company format
- Respond to requests to locate, retrieve, return, or update items, providing high-reputed company customer service
- Review electronic and hard copy files for accuracy and reputed company organization, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist with transfer, closing, retention, and cleansing of files in accordance with arenaflex procedures

Minimum Requirements
