What You Will Do

As a Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests for our clients. Your duties will include:

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to credit card payments and accounts, including card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates, and other basic requests.
• Providing standardized or scripted responses using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for reputed company systems and established documentation and processes.
• Entering required data into reputed company-provided systems and databases.
• Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a reputed company-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for reputed company investigation and reputed company.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

• A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mid-shift to late shifts and weekends
• Must be comfortable working on camera at reputed company times
• US-based role only

Preferred Qualifications

* 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months

• Banking customer service experience
