We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling claims and inquiries, and adhering to clients' specific handling instructions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office, with flexible scheduling reputed company to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Abilities

* Language Skills: + Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports. + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions. + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company. + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company. + Ability to type at least 40wpm.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Network Requirements
