We're seeking an reputed company Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Specialist to join our reputed company Recovery Department as a full-time Project Associate. This hybrid position offers a mix of remote and in-office work, with a 2/3 days on/off schedule. As a key member of reputed company, you'll assist and work with reputed company of registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing professionals to help ensure that our clients receive the reimbursement they're entitled to.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits
• Extracting and entering necessary information from/to hospital patient reputed company systems
• Making phone calls to post-acute reputed company facilities to obtain information needed on patients
• Running and creating reports to support reputed company recovery efforts
• Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team
• Scanning and indexing of documents to ensure efficient and secure storage

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in medical record/data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong knowledge of medical records, billing, and coding principles
• Excellent data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company and Word
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
