Responsibilities:

As a reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering patient calls regarding EOBs and researching balances
• Managing patient refunds
• Processing patient payments
• Providing a reputed company customer service experience to patients, clients, and guests

Requirements:
